RETURNS POLICY
You can return any product you receive from Armadillo Woolery® within 90 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and unwashed. All returns will be happily accepted in cases that the item doesn’t fit right according to the sizing instructions provided, in case the item has any manufacturing faults and damages, or simply if you don’t like it anymore. Items that are damaged in transport are the responsibility of the selected courier service.
All returns are subject to exchange for another size or product within the same price range, or a full refund.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps in the section ‘How to return or Exchange Your Order’. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order. If the item is unavailable on the website, this means that it is out of stock at present.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
- Download and fill in this return label
- Attach label and freepost address to your items packaging & ensure it is adequately wrapped
- Please send your return back to us within 7 days of receiving an email from us, or up to 90 days upon your order arrival date.
- Send the item(s) in its arriving condition along with the original packing.
